Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you travel for Photoshoots?

Yes! I am centrally located in Indianapolis, so I can extend my service offerings throughout the state of Indiana. I will travel up to 50 miles for free, and then after that, I will include 5% travel fee in the session cost. If you are looking for a destination shoot, reach out to me and will work together on timing and pricing.

2. What is your deposit Policy?

I require a 25% deposit to reserve time slots, with the rest due before full gallery delivery. This is just to ensure that a time is reserved,  and this deposit will go towards the final session fee. Message me if you have any concerns about  a deposit and we can chat through options!

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I require a 48-hour notice for rescheduling due to personal circumstances. I am obviously human, so if something comes up, just call or text me, and we will work on getting your session rescheduled at a later date and time. If there are additional extenuating circumstances such as weather, family emergencies, etc., there is no notice in advance required and we will work to determine a new time.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Of course! You will receive your photos in a fully digital gallery where you can download all delivered photos in a high-res format at no cost. Any additional print costs will be based on size, quantity, and finish.

5. Do you photograph weddings?

At this point, I do not offer full-day wedding coverage. I am happy to discuss options of partial day coverage/second shooting your wedding day for additional content, just reach out!

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Of course! Feel free to come to shoots equipped with poses, ideas, or props you would like to incorporate into your session. We can work together to make sure your ideas are captured while also maintaining a comfortable shooting environment. I love a Pinterest board, screenshots, or anything that you feel like will help bring your vision to life!

7. Can we meet before the session?

Absolutely! I am happy to have a quick phone or Zoom call to get familiar with each other ahead of our session. This is also your opportunity to ask any additional questions not covered on my website, pre-session guides, or in our communications while booking.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Depending on the package chosen and the gallery size, the final delivery will vary. Typically, you can expect to have final gallery delivery in 4-8 weeks. The goal is to make sure your images are as cohesive and refined as possible, and so I want to make sure there is ample time to do so. I will always appreciate your patience and understanding :)
